The EI Mobile application provides the user a full capability to make Transfer, Payment of request similar to the On-Line banking directly from their smartphone and tablet devices. Solutions 4 Mobility Team was engaged to develop this application along with the EI IT team. S4M team have been at EI onsite with the bank’s technical team from the envisioning phase till the project delivery, working together to create the new mobile channel of services which will use the bank existing online banking services. The EI Mobile offers the clients banking services from their devices with both English and Arabic support. Customers benefit from the account features they need, with the convenience of the phone, banking has never been this easy. Whatever the device, EI Mobile application enables the customer to bank anytime, anyplace. Designed to work across all platforms, simply log in using your Online Banking user name and password. Users can check their Account details, make actual Payments for other services, and Transfer between the accounts anywhere and anytime and appreciate having the same level of security of their Online Banking. The services included are:
- Check your Account for: Account Details, Account Statement, Card Statement, Murabaha Statement
- Initiate Payments for: Utilities (DEWA), Salik, Telecommunication (Etisalat, Du)
- Fund Transfer: Between own accounts, Other EI accounts, Other banks
- Find ATM and Branch locator for contact details and maps using the built-in GPS capability.
