Across the globe, more banks are investing heavily in apps for smartphones and digital tablets, making it easier for customers to conduct a wide range of banking activities while on the go.

The digitization of retail banking is not a new development. Online solutions and services have existed since the beginning of the century, which has gradually led banking to become ubiquitous

Emirates NBD Bank has recently launched the “Lobby Manager App”, an app mainly created to serve the Priority Banking clients and other delayed clients at the branch.

Through this app, the Lobby Manager will have the ability to view and identify VIP’s (Priority Clients) and delayed clients in the queue and be able to serve them with services that do not require teller services.

The main banking services provided by the RM/Lobby Manager in this app are

  • Balance Enquiry
  • Statement Request
  • Check Book Request
  • Debit Card Replacement
