NAJM Sales agents will carry a mobile device with ID scanning sleeve to read Emirates ID information to check instantly whether customers are eligible for Credit card or not. DSA application will facilitate the process of getting the approval by populating the information into a form inside the app, then submitting it to MAF server to check.

After Emirates ID validation & other checks (blacklist, Dedupe, etc..), if the form was approved or rejected, a direct notification will be sent to the same device within 3-5 minutes from submission time to inform the agent about customer’s status.

In case the notification wasn’t received, agents can search for a certain application form by: date, Emirates ID, mobile, and reference number.
